Yes, all orders are sent with the Australia Post Express Shipping network. All orders over $100 within Australia and NZ receive FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING.
You must provide a safe and secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home. If you do not wish to give authority to leave your parcel unattended, please let us know in the 'Notes to seller' section of the website and it will be taken to the nearest Australia Post Office.
Yes, we offer same day dispatch on all orders received before 12pm on business days. If you order after 12pm, your order will be sent the following business day.

We currently ship within Australia, New Zealand and USA (A$10 fee).
If you are based elsewhere, our official Tribe Skincare stockist Natural Supply Co (click) offer worldwide shipping.
If you enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP by emailing help@tribeskincare.com.au with your order number or name you ordered under. If we haven't sent your parcel yet, we can easily change your address. If we have already sent your parcel, a $20 ‘return to sender’ fee will be charged (Australia Post fee).

The mineral makeup blends with your natural skin to match a variety of skintones. The below options will help you choose your shade.
Option 1: Each shade has photos of real customers wearing that makeup so you can see which one is the closest match for you.
Option 2: Email a photo of yourself in natural light (with or without makeup, just let us know) and a colour matching expert will let you know your perfect shade.

We do not accept returns, so we suggest that you begin with the Trial Kit to see how the range works with your skin before purchasing the full-size skincare.

If you have not been issued a tracking number, we can refund your order for change of mind.
If you have received your tracking number, we cannot refund your order.
