4 essential steps for turning sensitive skin into healthy, glowing skin.

You don’t need to be on a 10-step skincare routine to have healthy, glowing skin. Less really is more, especially when your skin in prone to reacting to skincare and makeup. You probably know redness all too well, and dry patches seem to rock up invited, and hand around far too long.

So we have made skincare totally simple for you. Plus, we packed it with natural and vegan ingredients including powerful anti-inflammatories for your skin. Following these 4 simple steps, you will see a visible reduction in facial redness and dry patches in just 2 weeks.

 

Cleanse –

Put simply, you definitely need to cleanse. You may feel like cleansers make your skin tight and irritated, but we promise there is good ones out there. If you use an ultra gentle, soap-free cleanser, your skin will feel fresh and potential irritants will be washed away. We all know the wives tail (and it’s 100% true by the way) that sleeping with makeup on ages your skin. It is also notorious for clogging pores and causing breakouts. So whip that makeup off at night with our ultra-gentle ‘Clean Me! Balm Cleanser’.  It won’t leave you feeling like you are running for the moisturiser straight after your shower, and it will give your skin feeling fresh.

 

Exfoliate –

This seems to be the favourite skincare step and we know exactly why! This is where the glow happens!

Underneath the top layer of dead skin is your healthiest, most luminescent skin. Scrubbing away that top layer makes your skin super soft, helps keep your pores clean and is amazingly anti-aging. It’s a simple skincare step that can be done in 60 seconds in the shower and you only have to do it 2-3 times per week, so no excuses please!

 

Moisturise –

Your skin seriously can’t get enough of this here in Australia. Ever noticed when you go to Asia you don’t feel like you need to moisturise? Unfortunately, our Aussie climate sucks the moisture straight out of your skin, especially in winter!

You need to lock it in, ladies! By moisturising twice a day, you help your skin retain water and level out its oil production. It’s a win-win, and gets rid of that dry, tight feeling that sensitive skin is prone to.

 

Sunscreen –

We grew up with ‘slip, slop, slap’ campaigns and compulsory school hats in term 1 and 4. It was all about not getting sunburnt in summer. But what if I told you sun protection is your anti-aging best friend?

Pigmentation, dryness, and broken capillaries…the list goes on. UVB that is responsible for sunburn is strongest in summer. But UVA that is responsible for aging is just as strong in winter.
